Tammy is an AuDHD individual, a proud mom of two AuDHD adults, and a grandmother to two AuDHD grandsons. Her personal journey fuels her passion for helping others thrive. Tammy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling (MSCRMHC) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BS).

Through our partnership with Dr. Naysha Isom of Isom MD, clients gain access to one of Las Vegas’s premier concierge-style primary care practices. Dr. Isom, a board-certified family medicine physician, offers personalized, preventive care with a focus on long-term wellness.

We offer The Flex Pay option which is a loan program available through Dr. Isom that allows a client or family to cover multiple service expenses upfront. Specifically, the loan can be used to:
Pay six months of fees for individual and group counseling services at Beautiful Balance Counseling,
Pay three months of medical services through Isom MD, including Exomind and TMS treatments, and
Cover the one-time assessment fee at The Thought Loft for assessment and diagnosis.
This option is designed to consolidate all these costs into a single, manageable payment, making it easier for clients to access the full range of recommended services without paying each fee separately.

We accept self-pay (private pay) at fixed rates. No insurance claims are filed, and payments are not applied to deductibles. Preferred payment methods include Zelle and cash. We also accept credit cards via Square and FSA/HSA cards through our client portal (Simple Practice).

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
No-Shows: Full session fee applies if you miss a scheduled appointment without notice.
Late or Same-Day Cancellations: Full session fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Exceptions: May be made at the provider’s discretion in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies).

Group Therapy & Social Skills Development at Beautiful Balance Counseling
At Beautiful Balance Counseling, we offer supportive and empowering group therapy programs designed to help autistic children, teens, and adults build meaningful social connections. Our groups provide a safe, structured, and sensory-aware environment where clients can practice communication, emotional regulation, and real-life social skills with peers who understand their experiences.
Each group is led by therapists trained in neurodiversity-affirming care and evidence-based practices. Sessions focus on improving confidence, strengthening problem-solving, and developing practical skills such as conversation, collaboration, self-advocacy, and navigating social situations at school, work, and in the community.
Because we believe every individual learns best when they feel understood and supported, our groups are small, personalized, and built around the unique needs of each age group. About the Role
Beautiful Balance Counseling is seeking an Advocacy & Case Manager to support autistic and ADHD individuals and their families in navigating complex systems of care. This role places strong emphasis on IEP and education advocacy, adult services and transition planning, and medical and community care coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who understands systems, communicates confidently, and can advocate effectively while honoring neurodiversity, autonomy, and family priorities across the lifespan.
Core Areas of Focus
Education & IEP Advocacy
Support families with IEP and 504 coordination, preparation, and follow-up
Attend school meetings (as appropriate) to support parent advocacy
Assist families in understanding evaluations, eligibility, accommodations, and services
Support transition planning for post-secondary education and adulthood
Adult Services & Transition Support
Assist adolescents and adults with navigating adult systems of care
Support access to vocational services, independent living resources, and community programs
Coordinate services related to employment, life skills, and adult supports
Assist with continuity of care during transitions from pediatric to adult systems

Coordinate communication between medical providers, therapists, schools, and community agencies

Licensed Case Manager (if applicable)
